    Week one, you're still finding your rhythm — sea legs, new faces, letting go of the noise you brought with you. Week two is where it actually opens up: the unwinding is done, and you're in it. Any shorter, and you leave right as it starts to click.

Erik Holvig

Erik is the co-founder of Peak Cognition, where he designs transformative experiences that combine adventure, creativity, and meaningful human connection. For nearly 30 years, he has helped educators, leaders, and organizations rethink how people learn, grow, and collaborate.

His career includes nearly a decade at Apple, where he partnered with schools across North America and contributed to global professional learning initiatives. Today, he brings that same philosophy beyond the classroom, creating expeditions that challenge perspectives, build confidence, and foster lifelong connections.

He believes the experiences that shape us most happen beyond the familiar.

Ruben Noite

Rúben is a professional skipper, sailing instructor, and Croatian Adriatic expert with years of experience creating unforgettable sailing experiences for families and travelers from around the world. He grew up on the island of Madeira and has been an avid sailor for most of his life.
